Personal Items Logs
Foster parents should submit a personal item log every time a child receives an item that should remain in their possession, such as clothing, shoes, toys, electronics, a backpack or suitcase, etc. By logging personal items when they are received, foster parents and case managers can easily generate a complete list of all items in a child's possession at any time.
Creating a Personal Items Log in the ThriveWell mobile app
- In the Foster Share mobile app, select the Personal Items option from the main menu.
- Choose which child the personal items log is for
- Indicate when the item(s) were received, then tap Next.
- Indicate what items(s) were received. Multiple items can be listed, but we recommend creating a separate log for each type of item (for example, a log for clothes, one for shoes, one for toys, etc.). Tap Next.
- Review the log, then tap Submit. The log will go to your case manager as soon as it has been submitted.
You can view submitted logs on the Activity page.
