For a family to see a child in the mobile app, the child must first be added by a case manager or admin to ThriveWell via the web app, and assigned to a family.
To add a child, follow the steps below:
- Go to https://www.thrivewellapp.com/ and log in
- Go to the toolbar on the left. Click on "Children"
- Click on the 'Create' button (Create is located on the top right of your screen)
- Add child details.
Select the appropriate individual as the case manager and correct the family to the child's profile.This will link the child to the family in the foster parent's mobile app and on your web portal.
